The Centre Court Ridge Condos were built in 2006 with elevator overlooking the golf course. The Eagle Trace section is located on the West side of Reunion along the Jack Nicklaus Championship Golf Course, many townhomes overlooking the course. The community was built in 2020-2021 offering mostly three-bedroom townhomes with 2.5 bathroom and a garage, however, there are larger 4-bedroom townhomes are there, too. Some properties surround the community pool; some has a garden in the back. After a terrific tee-time, players can dine in the restaurant and shop in the store- all in the Nicklaus clubhouse.

The Grande at Reunion, the "main building" welcomes owners and guest with an elegant lobby where the water fountain gives a sense of summer, and you feel at home and welcomed.
